Bot Exclusions
We enforce strict guidelines to maintain a safe and fair community. Users may face exclusions due to violations of our rules as listed in Terms of Service. While exclusions are taken seriously, users have the option to appeal. Each appeal is reviewed individually, considering the specific circumstances and severity. However, not all appeals will be successful, especially in cases of significant violations.
Why was I excluded?
Common reasons for exclusions may include:
Underage: Accessing the service while under the minimum age of 13.
Impersonation: Assuming the identity of the service or someone you are not.
Misinformation: Spreading misinformation about our service or other users.
How do I appeal my exclusion?
If you believe your exclusion was unjust or in error, you can submit an appeal by emailing us. Emails are checked every 7 days. Please allow time for a response and ensure your email includes the following information:
The Discord Username and Discord User ID for the account excluded from accessing Exorion
A detailed explanation of why you believe the blacklist was unjust or a misunderstanding
Any supporting evidence that substantiates your claim
How do I know if my appeal was successful?
If your appeal was a success, you will be contacted in the form of a reply to your initial appeal email. We will also respond to your email if your request was denied. If you are not contacted typically within 1–2 weeks of your appeal, you should also consider your appeal denied. Please note that pestering our staff to review appeals will lower the chances of your appeal being accepted.

We expect your response to maintain a tone of kindness and respect towards our staff. When submitting your appeal to us via email, clearly and respectfully explain the reasons you believe you should be unbanned, providing any relevant context or supporting information.
Appeals occasionally will not be accepted depending on severity. If you have participation in violation of our Terms of Service and/or Discord Community Guidelines.
