Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Exorion, developed and maintained by Cipherdev ("System Administrator"). By adding Exorion to your Discord server and using its features, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use Exorion and should immediately stop using it.

  1. Access to the Service

    • Exorion is not to be used by anyone under the age of 13

    • Exorion is not to be used for any purposes that are not in accordance with the law

    • Exorion provides various features designed to assist in managing Discord communities.

    • You agree to use Exorion only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Privacy and Data

    • Exorion may collect and store certain user data necessary for its functionality, such as Discord usernames, IDs, and server information.

    • The Developer will handle all data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. For more information on how data is collected, stored, and used, please refer to the Developer's Privacy Policy.

  3. Bot Behavior

    • Exorion is designed to assist in managing communities and may include features specifically tailored for ERLC.

    • The Core Developer ('Cipherdev') reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate Exorion at any time without prior notice.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    • The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of Exorion. You agree that the System Administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for goodwill, use data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use Exorion.

  5. Termination

    • Our System Administrators reserves the right to terminate your access to Exorion at any time without any prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

  6. Prohibited Activities

    Users of Exorion are prohibited from the following activities and committing offences, we will revoke your access to our service:

    • Attempting to tarnish the reputation of "Exorion" or it's officials is strictly forbidden.

    • Do not use automated tools or scripts to access or exploit Exorion Services, this may include 'Spamming' or 'botting'.

    • Use of, or any information obtained from the service we provided in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

    • Attempt to Harass, annoy, intimidate, accuse, defame, blackmail, or threaten any of our official staff or agents engaged in providing any portion of our Services to you.

    • Attempt to bypass any measures of our Services designed to prevent or restrict access to our Services, or any portion of our Services, this includes but not limited to Access Removals.

    • Copying or Replicating the Service: Engaging in any activity that involves copying, cloning, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to replicate our service or its functionality without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

  7. Governing Law

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local law enforcement without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  8. Changes to Terms

    • Our System Administrators reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms through our Discord Support Server or other applicable platforms.

    • Your continued use of Exorion after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  9. Terms of Service

    • You are required to be in with good standards of Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines before using our service. We are required to terminate your access to Exorion at any time without any sort of prior notice if you are in violation of said terms.
